There have been many bases built around the world such as the Hellendale Facility (pictured right) but what goes on in these places is anybodys guess. Even some members of Governments are simply not allowed to know what is going on. The people who do know what is going on know that if they leak anything to the papers or anyone, then they have just signed thier own death warrent! There was one man who did this, he was named Phil Schneider, an ex-government engineer who helped to build two of the bases. In May 1995 he gave a public lecture telling what the real purpose of the bases were. Despite being given military threats in december, he was found in his apartment dead with Strangled by a piano wire.

The lecture he gave contained some amazing info. Schneider said that there was a fund which was apparantly secret which spends about 1.25 trillion dollars a year of tax-payers money on the projects of building the underground bases. There are 129 of them in the US alone . They consist of large cities which are connected by magneto-levitation trains which can reach a speed of up to MACH 2 (1,000mph).

Whilst working at the bases he was told that a treaty had been formed with Alien entities in 1954. It was called the Greda Treaty in which it allowed the Aliens to perform Experiments on a number of human beings in return to get to know more about thier technology. The Aliens began to alter their bargain slowly until by 1974 they simply were not abiding by it at all. Also in 1974, Schneider worked at a base in Dulce, New Mexico, whilst it was being built. He was involved in blasting out undergroung chambers. After going into one of them he and 30 others ended up looking at Aliens known to be `Large Greys`. They immediatly began to attack Schneider and the others using a weapon which was in a box strapped to thier backs. The weapon contained cobalt radiation and when he was shot in the cheast he later developed cancer in that area. Reinforcements had to be called and altogether sixty six men died.

Because of the cancer, he was given only six months to live and apparently, it was then he decided to speak out and run the risk of being assissinated for doing so. It didnt pay off but the public will always be in his debt for the information he gave.

Phil Schneider wasnt the only person to speak out, a high security phtographer who started working at the base in 1977 called Thomas C did the same but luckily managed to stay alive. He claimed that the base was in levels. The higher the level, the higher the security. Thomas was allowed up to Level seven. On level one it is low security and maintains links with the surface, level two has storage bays which houses trains, shuttles, tunnel boring machines etc. The shuttle trains runs connections to the other bases in the US so it is very extensive. Levels 3, 4, 5 and 6 is where Alien entities are present and on level six it is claimed the government do various experiments using alien technology and various animals. Thomas thought there to be around 18,000 short greys at Dulce and Humoniod looking Reptilian Aliens.

The goings on on level seven made Thomas not want to have anything more to do with the base, these included caged humans who were drugged up to thier eyeballs, who cried and begged for help. Finallly in 1978 some workers found out the truth about the place. Thomas took about thirty photos which he was going to take to the papers to expose the government, he also got a tape which consisted of footage of the labs, Aliens and Government Personnel.

He thought he had got away with it but before he got to the papers he found his wife and family to have been kidnapped by a team of special agents and if the evidence wasn't returned his family would be used in biological experiments. Needless to say the photos and the tape were returned.
